That doesn’t mean every meal at a S.E.R.T. camp is BBQ – far from it. Our menus feature everything from ribs to artisan subs, and fajitas. And since we work in the hospitality industry, you can rest assured that our qualified staff carries food certification and has passed criminal background checks. Still, though, “down-home country cooking” is the probably the best way to summarize S.E.R.T.’s approach to catering.

Every meal is piping hot, delicious and always ready when the dinner bell sounds. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and even midnight snacks are on-hand when needed.
